25 Nov Building the Future in Vama Buzaului presents Deep Green Housing Project
On 15 November Building the Future in Vama Buzaului presented a ‘’Deep Green’’ housing project; the start of construction of this first house is planned for 2014, after obtaining the required permits to build. The session was hosted by the RoGBC (Romania Green Building Council).
The “Deep Green” house will be built on the principles of the “Green Homes”. Construction start is 2014.
Constructing the house fulfills two objectives. It will function as a display house for the condominium of 60 houses that will follow (Valley21) and it will function as a realization to start more substantial communication with the media to broadcast the high ambitions that Building the Future in Vama Buzaului has in ‘’Green Construction’’ for tourism facilities in the municipality of Vama Buzaului, Brasov County, embedded in the northern flanks of the Carpathian Mountain Range.
The project is classed as a ‘’second home’’ project. It will fulfill as a tourism destination and (semi or permanent) habitation for a remote living and working lifestyle, still close to the ‘’city’’ and life.
In addition to being ‘’green’’ and promoting tourism in this region, the project is to initiate a process of development in Vama Buzaului that will bring more prosperity and wellness to the people of Vama Buzaului. The project is carried out through a Joint Venture with the municipality.
Market reviews will take place in the coming months through a Romanian Market Forum that we are establishing. The objective of this market research is to calibrate the plan, size and cost and to establish the niche market that the project will be offered to. Research will be through a series of questionnaires that will be sent directly to the Market Forum Member and they will be placed on this website.
