Dalghias Development SRL is obliged, according to the Law no. 677/2001, modified and completed and according to General Regulation regarding Personal Data Protection, to administer the personal data that the Client gives (name, surname, series and ID number, CNP, address, phone number, e-mail address) in safety conditions for statistical, evaluation and marketing purposes.

The client has the right to be informed, the right to modify, delete or restrict the processing of his data, the right to the portability of his data, the right to redraw his consent and the right to file a complaint.
